摘要
目的探讨超声三血管气管切面用于胎儿先天性心脏畸形筛查的临床效果。方法对2010年10月—2015年10月期间到该院进行产前超声检查的6 500例孕妇作研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各3 250例。对其胎儿疑似先天性心脏畸形者加行三血管气管切面超声扫描检查为研究组,对其胎儿疑似先天性心脏畸形者加行四腔心平面头侧偏斜法检查为对照组,比较两组患儿产后超声结果、尸解结果及检出率。结果研究组经尸体解剖、产后超声检测胎儿先天性心脏畸形的检出率是89.3%;对照组经尸体解剖、产后超声检测胎儿先天性心脏畸形的检出率是80%,两组相比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论超声三血管气管切面用于胎儿先天性心脏畸形筛查的临床效果确切,可减少漏诊现象。
Objective To investigate the three-vessel ultrasound fetal trachea view the clinical effect of screening for congenital heart malformations. Methods 6 500 pregnant women were randomly divided into study group and control group, 3 250 cases in each group were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, which were carried out during the period from October 2010 to October 2015. The fetal suspected congenital heart malformation underwent three vessel trachea view ultrasound scan as the study group, the fetal suspected congenital heart malformation underwent four chamber plane cephalic deviation method were used to examine the as control group, compared two groups of children with postnatal ultrasound results, corpse solution results and detection rate. Results In the study group, the detection rate of fetal congenital heart malformation was 89.3% after delivery by autopsy;In the control group, the detection rate of fetal congenital heart malformation was 80% after delivery by autopsy,two groups of phase difference has statistical significance, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Clinical effect of ultrasound three-vessel trachea section for fetal congenital heart disease screening precise, can reduce misdiagnosis phenomenon.
