连续顺序追踪超声扫查法诊断胎儿肢体畸形 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨连续顺序追踪超声扫查法在诊断胎儿肢体畸形中的诊断价值。方法选取2011年5月—2013年5月5 012例在该院进行超声筛查的孕妇进行研究,按照检查方式的不同将其分为两组,观察组2 506例,采用连续顺序追踪超声扫查法检查,对照组2 506例,采用常规超声方法进行检测,对比两种检查方式的效果。结果对照组产后或引产后证实胎儿手足畸形13例,畸形率为0.52%;观察组产后或引产后证实胎儿手足畸形15例,畸形率为0.60%;两组胎儿手足畸形发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组产前常规超声检查显示胎儿手足畸形4例,检测率为30.77%;观察组产前经连续顺序追踪超声扫查法检查显示11例,检测率为73.33%;观察产前超声检查胎儿手足畸形率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用连续顺序追踪超声扫查法对胎儿肢体畸形进行诊断,效果显著。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of continuous sequence ultrasound scanning method in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformities. Methods 5 012 pregnant women were selected by ultrasound screening in our hospital were studied during the period from May 2011 to May 2013. According to the different ways of examination will be divided into two groups, 2 506 cases in the observation group, ultrasound scanning method was used to examine the continuous sequence. The control group of 2 506 cases, using conventional ultrasonic detecting method, comparing the two kinds of test results. Results Control group postpartum or confirmed by autopsy in 13 cases of fetal limb deformity. The malformation rate was 0.52%; the observation group postpartum or confirmed by autopsy in 15 cases of fetal limb deformity. The malformation rate was 0.60%; two groups of fetal hand deformity Incidence of contrast were significantly different(P〉0.05);control group prenatal routine ultrasonography showed fetal limb deformity in 4 cases, the abnormality rate was 30.77%; observation group prenatal by sequential tracking ultrasonic scanning method examination showed 11 cases, deformity rate is 73.33%; observation of prenatal ultrasound examination of fetal limbs malformation rate were significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous order tracking ultrasonic scanning method of fetal limb deformity diagnosis, the effect is remarkable.
