青春期多囊卵巢综合征的特征分析及早期筛查

Clinical Characteristics and Early Screening of PCOS in Adolescent Girls

目的分析青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的临床表现,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法选取2012年12月—2015年12月该院收治的362例青春期组及391例育龄期组例PCOS患者的临床特征及指标并进行比较。结果青春期PCOS患者中,93.09%存在月经改变、90.09%B超提示卵巢多囊样改变。青春期组的多毛和痤疮的评分、睾酮(T)均高于育龄期组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,平均初潮年龄、BMI、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)明显少于育龄期组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者多以月经失调、高雄激素血症及性激素紊乱为主要临床表现,而肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和糖脂代谢异常不明显。

Objective To explore the clinical features of PCOS in adolescent girls for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Compared from December 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital 362 cases of adolescent group and 391 patients of childbearing age group with PCOS patients clinical characteristics and index. Results In adolescent cases,93.09% of menstrual changes, 90.09% B-mode show PCO. And the hirsutism and acne scores, testosterone（T） of The adolescent group were higher than the childbearing age group（P〈0.05）, The average age of menarche,BMI and the level of LDL,TC,TG,FPG in adolescent group were lower than the childbearing age group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the adolescent patients with PCOS, the main clinical features is the menstrual disorders, hyperandrogenism and sex hormone disorder.Obesity, insulin resistance, glucose and lipid metabolism anomaly is not obvious.
