人工髋关节置换术治疗合并糖尿病的股骨近端骨折疗效

Efficacy of Total hip Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Proximal Femoral Fractures in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的评价人工髋关节置换术治疗合并糖尿病的股骨近端骨折疗效。方法将于2014年3月—2015年3月该院收治的94例合并糖尿病的股骨近端骨折患者随机分为两组,各47例;对照组、观察组分别实施内固定方法、人工髋关节置换术治疗。结果在治疗总有效率上,观察组为95.74%,明显要比对照组的63.83%高(P<0.05)。结论合并糖尿病的股骨近端骨折患者实施人工髋关节置换术治疗有显著疗效,值得采纳应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 94 cases of proximal femoral fractures in patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, each of 47 cases; the control group, the observation group were treated with internal fixation and total hip replacement. Results In the total effective rate of treatment, the observation group was 95.74%, significantly higher than the control group of 63.83%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty in patients with proximal femoral fractures in patients with diabetes has a significant effect, and it is worth adopting.
