探析肌肉骨骼超声对痛风性关节炎的诊断意义 被引量:12

摘要 目的探究肌肉骨骼超声(MSUS)应用于诊断痛风性关节炎(GA)的意义。方法选取2013年4月—2015年2月期间该院收治79例关节炎患者作为研究对象,其中GA患者39例、其他关节炎患者40例,分别作为观察组、参照组,采用MSUS检查骨侵蚀、痛风石、腱鞘炎等情况,评估炎症程度以及骨膜上的血流具体情况。结果观察组骨侵蚀例数13显著少于参照组27(P<0.05);观察组腱鞘炎例数20显著少于参照组35例(P<0.05)。结论MSUS检查显示平行线、高回声点、痛风石等情况,对于诊断GA具有较高的临床价值。 Objective To explore the musculoskeletal ultrasound(MSUS) is applied to the diagnosis significance of gouty arthritis(GA). Methods To choose between April 2013 and February 2013, our hospital during the period of 40 patients with 39 patients with GA, other arthritis as the research object, USES the MSUS check bone erosion, gout,tenosynovitis, and so on and so forth, evaluate the degree of inflammation and periosteal blood flow on the specific circumstances. Results Methods: to choose between April 2013 and February 2015, our hospital during the period of 79 cases of arthritis patients as the research object, including 39 patients with GA, 40 patients with other arthritis, as observation group and control group respectively, using MSUS check bone erosion, gout, tenosynovitis, and so on and so forth, evaluate the degree of inflammation and blood flow to the periosteum. Results: the observation group of bone erosion 13 significantly less than the control group and 27 cases(P〈0.05); Tenosynovitis observation group were significantly less than 20 reference group 35 cases(P〈0.05). Conclusion MSUS examination showed parallel lines, the high point of the echo, gout, stones, etc., GA has higher clinical value to the diagnosis.
