心理护理干预和常规护理对急诊心肌梗死患者的影响效果对比分析

Effect of Mental Nursing and Routine Care for Emergency Patients with Myocardial Infarction Effect Comparative Analysis

目的探析与常规护理相较,对急诊心肌梗死患者予以心理护理的优势。方法择取该院急诊于2013年8月—2015年8月收治的110例心肌梗死患者,将其以随机的方式分为实验组与参照组,均为55例。参照组行以常规性护理,实验组则并施心理护理,比较两组的心理状况(SAS评分+SDS评分)、治疗情况(再通率、并发症)。结果护理后,实验组的SAS与SDS评分分别为(40.07±3.24)分、(39.91±6.05)分,显著低于参照组的(45.87±3.90)分、(47.77±5.42);护理后实验组并发症的概率(10.91%)低于参照组(27.27%),而再通率则显著更高(92.73%>78.18%)。从统计学方面进行分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在急诊心肌梗死患者中的应用具有极为重要的现实意义,可将其在更广阔的范围内加以应用。

Objective To compared with conventional nursing, the advantages of psychological care for patients with acute myocardial infarction were compared. Methods The study choose to take the hospital emergency room in August2013 to August 2015 were treated 110 patients with myocardial infarction, which was randomly divided into experimental group and the reference group, both 55 cases. Referring to the routine care group underwent the experimental group and the psychological care facilities to compare the two groups of mental health（SAS score ＋ SDS score）, treatment（recanalization rate, complications）. Results Scores of SAS and SDS of the nursing, the experimental group respectively（40.07±3.24）,（39.91±6.05）, significantly lower than the reference group（45.87±3.90）,（47.77±5.42）; nursing experimental group complication probability（10.91%） was lower than that of the reference group（27.27%）, recanalization rate was significantly higher（92.73%〉 78.18%）. The difference through the comparison, P〈0.05, from statistical analysis. The difference was significant. Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in emergency patients with myocardial infarction has a very important practical significance, it can be applied in a wider range of applications.
