情景模拟护理教学在急诊科配合抢救培训中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟护理教学在急诊科配合抢救培训中的应用效果。方法以2015年11月—2017年1月采用情景模拟护理教学模式的急诊科86名护生为研究对象,对其进行急诊科配合抢救的理论及操作培训,对情境模拟教学前后的理论成绩、操作技能进行考核,并调查对情景模拟护理教学的满意度。结果对比情境模拟教学前、后护生的急救理论成绩[(84.5±2.6)分vs(90.5±1.1)分]与配合抢救技术评分[(83.5±5.2)分vs(91.3±3.2)分],均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与情境模拟教学前相比,模拟教学后护生的学习兴趣、理论知识的理解与记忆、自学能力、急救护理能力和总满意度都得到了显著的提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科配合抢救培训中采用情景模拟护理教学模式可显著提高教学效果,提高护生的操作技能、抢救配合能力与综合能力。 Objective This paper discusses the application effect of situational simulation nursing teaching in emergency department and rescue training,and provides basis for the following suitable training teaching methods.Methods 86 cases of student nurses in the department of emergency in our hospital from November 2015 to January 2017 were selected and were given the theoretical and operation training,and the theoretical examination and operation skill before and after the scene simulation nursing teaching were examined and the satisfactory degree to it was surveyed.Results The emergency theoretical score and cooperation score of rescue technology before and after the scene simulation nursing teaching were respectively [(84.5±2.6)points vs(90.5±1.1)points] and [(83.5±5.2)points vs(91.3±3.2)points],and the differences were obvious(P<0.05),and the learning interest,understanding and memory of theoretical knowledge,self-study ability,emergency nursing ability and total satisfactory degree after the stimulation teaching were obviously improved and the differences were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The scene stimulation nursing teaching in the rescue training in the department of emergency can obviously improve the teaching effect and improve the operation skill,emergency cooperation ability and comprehensive ability of student nurses.
