摘要
目的探讨多元化培训模式在新护士岗前培训中的运用。方法将2015—2016年该院新进入的护士分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施传统的"一对一"导师制的培训方法,观察组采用多元化培训方法,并对比分析两组的理论知识和技能操作考试。结果观察组理论知识和技能操作考试显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在新护士的岗前培训中实施多元化培训模式,综合运用多种教学方法能显著提高新护士的理论知识、操作技能,还能激发新护士的学习兴趣,提高培训老师的业务水平,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the application of multiple training models in the pre-job training of new nurses.Methods The new admission nurses in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected and divided into two groups from 2015 to2016,and the traditional group adopted the traditional one-to-one tutor system training method,while the observation group adopted the multiple training methods,and the theoretical and skill operation examination were compared between the two groups,Results The theoretical and skill operation examination scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of multiple training models in the pre-job training of new nurses and comprehensive application multiple teaching methods can obviously improve the theoretical knowledge and operation skill of new nurses and also motivate the learning interest of new nurses and improve the business level of training teachers,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
