With the rapid development of economy in our country,people's requirement for the medical health is higher and higher,and the key to ensure the continuous development of hospitals in the fierce market competiveness is to enhance the core competiveness,but the talents are the most important competiveness,therefore,the hospital should pay attention to the human resource management in work and improve the work enthusiasm of medical workers by establishing the new motivation system and management model thus improving the hospital market competiveness,and the paper mainly researches the application of motivation system in the hospital management and introduces some specific behaviors of the hospitals.
