普通病房医院感染预防中护理管理干预模式的应用价值评定

Evaluation of Application Value of Nursing Management Intervention Model in the Hospital Infection Prevention in the Common Ward

目的探究护理管理干预模式渗透在普通病房医院感染预防中的价值。方法选择2015年6—12月收治的2 250例患者为对照组,实施常规护理;选择2016年6—12月收治的2 250例患者为观察组,应用护理管理干预模式。结果观察组患者的感染发生率低于对照组(1.07%vs 4.22%)(P<0.05)。结论将护理管理干预模式渗透到普通病房医院感染预防控制中有助于提高医院感染的防控效果,减少医院感染的发生,提高医疗护理服务质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the value of nursing management intervention model in the hospital infection prevention in the common ward.Methods 2 250 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June to December 2015 were selected as the control group adopted the routine nursing,and 2 250 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June to December 2016 were selected as the observation group and applied the nursing management intervention model.Results The incidence rate of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(1.07% vs4.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing management intervention model in the hospital infection prevention in the common ward contributes to improving the prevention effect of hospital infection,reduce the occurrence of hospital infection and improving the medical nursing service quality,and it is worth promotion and application.
