PDCA循环法在手术室护理质量管理中的应用研究

Study of the Application of PDCA Cycle Method on Nursing Quality Management in Operation Room

目的为了提高手术室的护理质量,研究和探讨采用PDCA循环法的价值和意义。方法按照随机原则要求从2015年1月—2016年1月在该院手术室未实施PDCA循环法进行手术治疗的患者中选取80例作为对照组研究对象,按照随机原则要求从2016年1月—2017年1月在该院手术室实施PDCA循环法进行手术治疗的患者中选取80例作为试验组研究对象,比较实施PDCA循环法前后手术室护理质量指标和手术室护理质量变化。结果和对照组相比,试验组在护理安全、护理质量监控、消毒隔离及护理文书管理等手术室护理指标上明显占据优势,而护理差错发生率、术后刀口感染率、术后并发症发生率3个方面则明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA循环法应用到手术室的护理质量管理中,有助于改善护理服务质量,预防和减少各种不良事件的发生率,效果显著,值得推广和利用。

Objective In order to improve the quality of nursing in operation room, the value and significance of PDCA cycle method was studied and discussed. Methods 80 cases of patients in the hospital who did not receive the PDCA cycle method for surgical treatment from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the control group, and 80 cases of patients who did receive the PDCA cycle method from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected as the experimental group, and then the index and changes of operation room nursing quality before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle were compared. Results It was shown that the index of the nursing safety, nursing quality monitoring, disinfection and isolation and nursing documents management of operation room in the experimental group were much better than that of the control group, besides, the incidence of nursing errors, postoperative wound infection rate and postoperative complication rate were obviously decreased, so there was statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of the PDCA cycle method in the nursing quality management of operation room contributes to improving the quality of nursing service, preventing and reducing the incidence of various adverse events.
