中心静脉压监测在重型颅脑损伤患者液体管理中应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Central Venous Pressure Monitoring in Liquid Management of Patients with Severe Head Injury

目的探讨将中心静脉压(CVP)监测应用于重型颅脑损伤患者液体管理中的价值。方法随机选取该院2015年6月—2016年9月收治的86例重型颅脑损伤患者分为两组,在液体管理中,对照组给予传统方法 ,观察组给予中心静脉压监测,观察两组液体管理结果。结果接受液体管理12、24 h后,观察组患者MAO、HR、Pa O2/Fi O2等均显著优于对照组,治疗良好率显著高于对照组,患者ICU住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将CVP监测技术应用于重症颅脑损伤者的液体管理中,可有效提高治疗及预后效果。

Objective This paper tries to explore the application value of central venous pressure（CVP） monitoring in liquid management of patients with severe head injury. Methods 86 cases of patients with severe head injury from June 2015 to September 2016 were randomly selected from this hospital and divided them into two groups. The control group adopted traditional method and the observation group adopted central venous pressure monitoring, then the results of liquid management of both groups were observed. Results After 12 h and 24 h reception of liquid management, MAO, HR, Pa O2/Fi O2 of the observation group were much better than that of the control group, good treatment rate is significantly higher than the control group, the time of ICU patients in hospital was obviously shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of CVP monitoring technology to the liquid management of patients with severe head injury can effectively improve the results of treatment and prognosis.
