深圳市区域卫生信息统计数据源质量控制研究

Study on the Quality Control of Regional Health Information Statistics Data Source in Shenzhen

面向卫生信息系统数据源的质量控制,是在建立卫生信息标准的基础上,实现数据质量有效控制,提升上报数据质量水平,为各医疗机构之间的系统互联互通、资源共享、业务协同夯实基础,同时也能为深圳市卫生行政统计管理日报提供数据支撑。该文介绍了深圳市区域卫生信息化建设信息统计数据源质量控制模型,通过建立数据质量控制模型,对各医疗机构报送的数据进行质量监控、考核评分,结合行政督导手段,促进医疗机构不断完善数据上报工作,提升数据质量。

Quality control for data sources of health information system is based on the establishment of health information standards, which can achieve effective control of data quality, improve the quality of reported data, benefit for the interconnection and interoperability, resource sharing, and business collaboration between each medical organizations, provide data support for the Shenzhen Municipal Health Administration Statistical Management Daily. This paper introduces the quality control model of information technology data source of regional health information construction in Shenzhen. Through the establishment of data quality control model, the monitoring, evaluation and administrative supervision of the quality of submitted data from each medical institution, the data quality can be increasingly improved.
