分析护理风险管理机制在脑梗塞患者护理质量管理中的应用

Analysis of the Application of Nursing Risk Management Mechanism in Nursing Quality Management of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨护理风险管理机制在脑梗塞患者护理质量管理中的应用。方法对可能导致的护理风险因素进行分析,进一步构建健全的风险管理机制,制定防范风险的对策,强化学习,促进防范风险的能力以及风险意识的提升。结果护理风险管理机制落实之后,护理人员对风险的防范能力、风险意识都有所提升,对脑梗塞患者护理质量控制效果相较于管理前,均有所提升,经统计处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗塞患者护理质量管理中,应用护理风险管理机制,可有效降低不良护理事件的发生率,对患者医疗护理服务的安全、患者的安全提供了重要保障,进而促使护理质量也得到了进一步的提升。

Objective This article tries to explore the application of nursing risk management mechanism in nursing quality management of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The possible risk factors of nursing care was analyzed, a sound risk management mechanism was established, the risk prevention countermeasures was developed, risk prevention and risk awareness should be learnt and promoted. Results After the implementation of the nursing risk management mechanism, the nursing staff improved their risk prevention ability and risk consciousness, and the effect of nursing quality control on the patients with cerebral infarction was improved compared with that before, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing risk management mechanism can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and provide an important guarantee for the safety of patients＇ medical care and the safety of patients with cerebral infarction. The quality of nursing care is also improved.
