高精度DEM在邕江水位提升对城区内涝影响评估中的应用

摘要 邕江,是珠江流域西江支流郁江自西向东流经南宁市及邕宁区河段的别称,水位一旦提升,沿江的南宁市城区势必受到内涝甚至淹没的威胁。因此,洪水淹没分析对南宁市城区的防洪排涝、内涝影响评估都具有重要意义。在给定洪水水位条件下,应用数字高程模型(DEM)和城市地下排水管网数据,利用GIS空间分析技术,得出城区淹没和内涝及排水管道倒灌出流的分析结果,为政府的排水防涝整改计划提供辅助决策。根据分析结果制作出专题内涝数字地图,可以为南宁市城区防涝减灾及区域可持续发展提供参考依据。 Yongjiang River,is another name of Yujiang River River flows through the Nanning City and Yongning District from west to east,,once the water level upgraded,urban district along the river will to be submerged or even submerged threat. Therefore,flood analysis is of great significance to the assessment of flood control and waterlogging in Nanning. Based on DEM and data of urban underground pipe network,the results of analysis of submergence and waterlogging in urban area and the outflow of drainage pipeline are obtained by using GIS spatial analysis technology. Waterlogging rectification plan to provide supplementary decision-making. According to the results of the analysis,a digital map of special waterlogging can be produced,which can provide reference for the prevention of waterlogging disaster and regional sustainable development in Nanning.
