摘要
随着精准扶贫工作的深入开展,为了更好地实现对贫困对象的精准帮扶、扶贫过程的精准管理、帮扶干部的精准考核,开发了上林县精准扶贫综合管理平台。平台主要依托GIS技术、互联网+技术,以高分辨率遥感影像图、农村宅基地登记发证地形图为底图,将贫困户勾绘出来,通过与建档立卡信息、结对帮扶信息关联,可以在挂图指挥作战平台进行空间位置的查询、分析,实现了精准扶贫数据的"一张图"管理;并借助手机APP,实现了对帮扶干部的有效监督。
With the work of establishing card for archives and accurate recognition been finished,the accurate poverty reduction and evaluation become the next important work. Base on this change,GIS and mobile terminal technology,Shanglin researched the integrated management platform for accurate poverty reduction. This platform come true the graphical management and spatial query or analysis for the poor family,the dynamic generation of poverty topic pictures,and the real-time updating of managers and reduction information.Thus,guarantee the accurate poverty reduction.
