倾斜摄影技术在违法建筑巡查中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Oblique Photography in Inspecting the Illegal Construction Projects

为逐步消除存量违法建筑,各区县需要对本行政区域内的违法建筑进行调查、核实,依法开展违法建筑集中成片整治工作。而传统人工巡查存在入户难、量测难、取证难的问题,本文利用新兴倾斜摄影技术,制作正射影像及实景三维模型,实现了违法建筑的快速摸底巡查,提高了违法建筑巡查效率,降低了查处成本,加大了整治力度,为违法建筑查处提供了新的思路。

To remove all the illegal constructions gradually,the county governments need to concentrate on managing and controlling the illegal constructions according to law,by the means of investigation and verification. The traditional manual management has many problems,such as it is difficult to enter the personal houses,carry out the measurement,and take the evidence. In this paper,the oblique photography technology was applied. The orthographic images and the real 3D model were produced,and then the illegal constructions could be discovered in short time. The proposed method will improve the work efficiency,lower the cost,and strengthen the management. The new way for inspecting the in our illegal construction projects is founded in our study,and it has good promotional application values.
