摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)技术作为建筑行业常用技术,在建筑物竣工验收测量中结合传统测量方法,创新性地引入BIM技术理念作为辅助,通过多方式、多角度和多数据的结合,建立起一种高效、一体化、集成化、立体化、多尺度的基于BIM数据库的信息化测绘作业模式。实验研究表明这种作业模式可加快决策进度,提高决策质量,从而提高项目质量,降低项目成本。
Building Information Model( BIM) technology as a common technique for the construction industry,combined with traditional measurement methods in the completion of the building acceptance test,the introduction of innovative technology concepts as BIM assisted by multi-mode,multi-angle and multi-application data bonding explore,could establish an efficient,integrated,three-dimensional,multi-scale mapping mode of operation based on the information database. Experiment showed that this mode could accelerate decision-making and improve the quality of decisions,thereby improved project quality,reduced project costs.
