脑钠肽与心房颤动的关系

Analysis of Correlation of Plasma HBrain Natriuretic Peptide with Atrial Fibrillation

目的:研究不同房颤患者脑钠肽(BNP)水平变化及其临床意义。方法:挑选60例心房颤动患者是作为房颤组,其中阵发性、持续性和永久性房颤组的患者分别为26例、19例和15例,同时入选20例健康体检者作为对照组。比较各组中BNP水平的变化,同时与相关临床资料比较分析。结果:房颤组和对照组比较,BNP水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1),房颤亚组BNP水平存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。结论:BNP可作为心房颤动实验室辅助诊断指标。

Objective To investigate the changes of serum Brain natriuretic peptide（ BNP） concentrations in patients with atrial fibrillation（ AF）. Method 60 patients were selected in cohort,they were divided into three groups： paroxysmal AF,persistent AF and permanent AF,with 26,19 and 15 separately. Compared with 20 healthy PE subjects which were comparable in sex and ages. According to AF patient＇s clinical types,the changes of BNP levels were compared among groups,as well as compared and analyzed with related clinical data and lab indexes. Results The differences of BNP had statistical significance between AF group and control（ P〈0. 000 1）. Conclusion BNP can be used as index of auxiliary diagnostic for atrial fibrillation
