心理社会因素对口腔扁平苔藓患者的影响分析

Study on the Effects of Psychosocial Factor on the Patients with Oral Lichen Planus

目的:观察分析心理社会因素对口腔扁平苔藓患者的影响。方法:选取63例口腔扁平苔藓患者作为研究组,50名健康志愿者作为对照组。所有研究对象用症状自评表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格测验表(EPQ)进行测试,统计对比研究组和对照组的测试结果。结果:在SCL-90测试结果中,口腔扁平苔藓患者躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑四个因子得分分别为1.87±0.46、1.79±0.31、1.92±0.35、1.84±0.48,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EPQ测试结果中,口腔扁平苔藓患者的精神特质(P)、神经质(N)量表得分分别为53.17±6.74、52.33±7.58,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理社会因素对口腔扁平苔藓患者有较为重要的影响,在临床上应考虑结合心理干预进行治疗。

Objective To study the effects of psychosocial factor on the patients with oral lichen planus. Method 63 patients who had oral lichen planus were selected as research group. The control group was composed of 50 healthy volunteers. Two groups filled in the form of SCL-90 and EPQ to test psychological states. And the test result were compared between two groups. Results In the SCL-90,the levels of somzatization,interpersonal sensitivity,despondent and anxiety was 1. 87 ± 0. 46、1. 79 ± 0. 31、1. 92± 0. 35、1. 84 ± 0. 48 in research group,respectively,which was apparently higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. In the EPQ,the score of P and N was 53. 17 ± 6. 74、52. 33 ± 7. 58 in research group,respectively,and it was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychosocial factor have an important effect on the patient with oral lichen planus. Psychological intervention should be used in the clinical therapy of oral lichen planus.
