氟芬那酸丁酯软膏对特应性皮炎患儿免疫功能指标及生存质量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析氟芬那酸丁酯软膏对特应性皮炎患儿免疫功能指标及生存质量的影响。方法收集特应性皮炎患儿100例,随机分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组予以常规治疗,研究组予以氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗,比较治疗后两组患儿免疫球蛋白、T淋巴细胞亚群、生存质量及临床症状变化,临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgE)优于对照组,比较有显著差异(P<0.05);研究组T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组儿童特应性皮炎影响量表(CADIS)分低于对照组,比较有明显差异(P<0.05);研究组特应性皮炎评分量表(SCORAD)低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏对特应性皮炎患儿的治疗效果确切,能够显著改善患儿的免疫功能与生存质量,值得推广。
