摘要
该文通过专家探讨,改变传统的以教师为中心的教学方法 ,对护理伦理学课程教学模式、教学内容等进行改革,融社会计量、情景剧、社会剧、心理剧等于教学过程,使学生从个体、家庭、社会、心理、法律、管理等多角度探讨伦理问题。有效调动学生的学习兴趣,增强了学生的伦理意识和人文关怀精神,提高了学生的医德修养水平。
This paper changed the traditional teacher-centered method by changing the teaching mode,teaching contents,and class hours through expert discussion. The new teaching methods included sociometry, melodrama, sociodrama (psychodrama) and other diversifled methods. Thus,students can explore the ethical issues from different aspects such as individuals,families,society,psychology,law,and management. The new teaching practice in nursing ethics can effectively increase students' learning interests,enhanced their ethical and humanistic care awareness,and elevate their medical ethics level.
