摘要
目的探讨基于主题演讲(topic presentation)的案例教学法的实践效果。方法采用分层抽样,选取108名即将进入临床实习的护理本科学生为研究对象,并随机分为试验组和对照组各54名学生,试验组采用基于主题演讲的案例教学法,对照组采用案例教学法。课程结束后进行考核,并结合自制的教学效果反馈问卷,分析教学效果。结果试验组学生考核成绩及教学效果评价均好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于主题演讲的案例教学法鼓励学生自己收集资料,自编病例,提高了学生的临床思维能力,有助于提高学生用英文表达护理知识的能力,同时激发学生的学习兴趣。
Objective To evaluate the effects of case teaching based on topic presentation in English teaching of nursing. Methods Through stratified sampling,a total of 108 nursing undergraduate students who were going to participate in the clinical practice were recruited. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly with 54 students in each group. Students in the experimental group were taught by the case teaching method based on topic presentation while students in the control group received the traditional teaching method. After the course was completed,examination was conducted to assess students' performance. Besides,a questionnaire survey was also used to assess the teaching effects. Results The performance and teaching effect evaluation in the experimental group were better than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Case teaching based on the topic presentation can encourage students express themselves actively ,help to improve students' ability to communicate in English,and stimulate students' interest of learning.
