健康教育路径互动执行单在“以家庭为中心”儿外科病房的应用

The effects of interactive health education pathway applied in a family centered pediatric surgical ward

目的加强健康教育中护士与患儿家属的互动,提高患儿家属对健康教育的满意率。方法设计健康教育路径互动执行单并在"以家庭为中心"儿外科病房中应用。执行单包括健康教育路径和护患沟通卡,护士按照健康教育路径的7个节点进行健康宣教,通过护患沟通卡与患者进行问答互动。采用自设问卷调查使用健康教育路径互动执行单前后患者对健康教育的满意率。结果健康教育路径互动执行单使用后,患儿家属对护士健康教育的满意率高于使用前(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径互动执行单有助于提高患儿家属对护士健康教育的满意率,进一步深化了"以家庭为中心"的护理模式的核心概念。

Objective To increase the interaction of health education between nurses and family members of pediatric patients,as well as to improve family member＇s satisfaction towards the health education delivered by nurses. Methods An interactive health education pathway checklist was designed and implemented in the family-centered pediatric surgery ward. The checklist was consisted of a heath education pathway and a communication card between nurses and family members of pediatric patients. Nurses delivered interactive health education to pediatric patients during seven time points according to the health education pathway. They used the card to answer care givers＇ questions and concerns. The satisfaction of the family members of the children was measured by a self-designed questionnaire and compared before and after the use of the interactive health education pathway checklist. Results After the implementation of the interactive health education pathway checklist,family members＇ satisfaction towards the health education was higher than that of before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The interactive health education pathway checklist could improve family members＇ satisfaction towards health education delivered by nurses,and further deepen the core concept of the family-centered nursing.
