As China＇s comprehensive national strength increases, dynamically grasping the significance of discourse right to the state and world, listening to the voices of the times and responding to people＇s calls for development are a major and urgent issue for building socialism with Chinese characteristic- To integrate the significance of discourse right to the state and world, it is necessary to strengthen the political operation and service capability of the government, creating a good external environment for the improvement of the discourse right; realize the theoretical innovation based on the traditional culture and the mainstream value of the world, and come up with discourse ideas with both Chinese and world characteristics; and pay attention to making full use of the leading scholars in various disciplines in all areas, improve the contingent of talent in the philosophy and social science disciplines, and accelerate the development of socialist discourse right with Chinese characteristics.
