本文以农村金融对农村经济增长的作用机制及优化问题为研究对象。发展农业金融有助于促进农业产业化、提高农业投资水平、提高农户收入、实现农业科技创新。进一步完善多层次资本市场、推动农村金融实现混合发展、支持农业投资基金多元发展、加强农业金融保险体系建设、大力创新金融服务新形态、利用大数据进行精准金融服务等措施是我国农村金融优化的合理路径。

This paper aims to study the mechanism on how rural finance promotes the rural economic growth and its optimization. The agricultural finance contributes to the development of agricultural industrialization, improves the level of＂ agricultural investment, raises the income of farmers, and helps to realize agricultural science and technology innovation. To optimize the rural finance, the measures are to further improve the multi-level capital market, promote the mixed development of rural finance, support the diversified development of agricultural investment funds, strengthen the development of agricultural finance and insurance system, vigorously create new forms of financial services, and use big data for the provision of targeted financial services.
