月白散结合垫棉法治疗复杂性肛瘘创面愈合临床对照研究

Clinical control study of Yuebai powder with cotton pad in the treatment of the wound of complex anal fistula

目的观察月白散结合垫棉法在复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合中的临床效果。方法将60例复杂性肛瘘术后患者随机分为2组,每组各30例。治疗组在术后采用月白散结合垫棉法进行治疗,对照组采用单纯垫棉法。结果 2组患者在创面疼痛、创面渗血、假性愈合、创面愈合时间等方面治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论月白散结合垫棉法能够促进复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合,减少假性愈合,缩短愈合时间。

Objective To observe clinical effects of treatment of Yuebai powder with cotton pad in the treatment of the wound of complex anal fistula. Methods 60 complex anal fistula patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with the Yuebai powder with cotton pad, control group was treated with cotton pad only. Results Two groups of patients with significant difference in pain scores, wound bleeding,pseudo healing, wound healing time, etc. Treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion The therapy of Yuebai powder with cotton pad is effective on the treatment of the wound of complex anal fistula, with less pseudo healing, less wound-healing time, and fast recovery.
