化瘀祛痰、健脾解毒法治疗急性冠脉综合征疗效及护理

Curative effect and nursing of methods of resolving stasis eliminating phlegm and strengthening spleen and detoxification in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome

目的探讨化瘀祛痰、健脾解毒治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效及护理。方法选取120例急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组予常规西药治疗,并加以基础护理;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用化瘀祛痰、健脾解毒方药内服,同时配合中医护理。2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,观察2组临床症状、中医症状、心电图改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05);2组治疗后心悸胸闷、心烦易怒、口干口苦、小便黄赤、大便秘结中医症状积分均有所改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论化瘀祛痰、健脾解毒法治疗急性冠脉综合征,能够明显调节患者心肌功能,改善患者临床体征,提高患者运动能力,同时加以中医护理能够更快更好的控制病情。

Objective To explore the effect and nursing experience of resolving stasis eliminating phlegm and strengthening spleen and detoxification in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Methods Selection of patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted in our hospital orthopedics of 120 cases with random number table were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 60 cases, the control group was given conventional western medicine therapy and basic nursing. The treatment group on the basis of control group therapy combined with blood expectorant, spleen and detoxification, take orally the formulas with TCM nursing at the same time. Both groups in 4 weeks for a period of treatment, the clinical symptoms, the symptom scores, the improvement of ECG and the clinical efficacy were observed after 3 courses of treatment. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 93.3% higher than 66.7% in the control group（P〈0.05）; The 2 groups after treatment of palpitation and chest tightness, irritability, dry mouth, yellow urine, constipation and TCM symptoms were improved, and the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Methods of resolving stasis eliminating phlegm and strengthening spleen and detoxification in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome can obviously regulate the myocardial function, improve the clinical signs, improve the exercise ability, and take care of Chinese medicine at the same time, which can control the disease better and faster.
