通腑净化汤联合西医常规治疗对骨创伤合并感染患者SIRS/CARS平衡的调控作用

Study of Tongfu Jinghua decoctin combined with conventional western medicine therapy in the regulation of IRS/CARS balance in patients with bone trauma complicated with infection

目的探究通腑净化汤联合西医常规治疗对骨创伤合并感染患者SIRS/CARS平衡的调控作用。方法选取2013年2月-2016年11月于我院住院的骨创伤合并感染患者112例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各56例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予通腑净化汤口服或鼻饲;观察并比较2组治疗后的临床疗效、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞比例、血浆炎性介质水平。结果观察组总有效率92.86%,显著高于对照组的80.36%(P<0.05);观察组血浆炎性因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);免疫细胞水平则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通腑净化汤联合西医常规治疗骨创伤合并感染,有助于维持骨创伤合并感染患者的SIRS/CARS平衡。

Objective To explore the balance control function Tongfu Jinghua with conventional western medicine therapy in patients with bone trauma infection SIRS/CARS. Methods 112 patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, there were 56 cases in each group, and the control group given conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group was given Tongfu Jinghua oral or nasal feeding on the basis of control group; To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells proportion, plasma level of inflammatory mediators. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（80.36%）（P〈0.05）. Observation group plasma inflammatory factors were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）, immune cell levels were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tongfu Jinghua with conventional western medicine therapy on relieving bone wound infection can help maintain bone wound infection in patients with SIRS/CARS balance.
