能源产业发展对陕西经济增长的影响机理研究

The Study on the Influencing Mechanism of Energy Industry Development on Shaanxi Economic Growth

针对现有研究中存在的不足以及陕西能源型产业在经济发展中所面临的实际问题,以内生增长理论为基础,对能源资源开发如何"挤出"制造业、技术创新以及人力资本积累等促进经济发展的相关影响因子的作用机制进行了分析,理论与实证相结合地探讨了能源开发对陕西经济增长所可能产生的影响及其作用机制,最后提出以下对策建议:依托重大项目建设做大做强能源化工产业;加强技术创新和高素质人才储备;降低对能源资源的依赖度,合理调整和优化产业结构。

In view of deficiency of current research and existing problems contronted by 31aaanxl r^nergy industry in the economic development, with the endogenous growth theory as the theoretical foundation, the pa- per analyzes the mechanism of how the energy resources exploitation extruding manufacturing industry.techno- logical innovation and human capital accumulation to influence the economic development. Then by the combi- nation of theory and empirical, the paper discusses the influencing mechanisms of energy development on Shaanxi~ economic growth, and finally, the following countermeasures are offered ： firstly, by relying on major construction projects ,making energy and chemical industry bigger and stronger;secondly, strengthening techno- logical innovation and high - quality talent reserves ; thirdly, reducing the dependence on energy resources, and reasonably adjusting and optimizing industrial structure.
