浙江航运业目前发展面临困境,需要金融支持。但由于当前行业吸引力低、风险大,导致间接融资难度增加,直接融资举步维艰。突破这种困境的路径是通过产业集群优势与服务优势建设来提升产业吸引力;通过资产证券化来分散产业风险;通过拓宽资金来源与融资渠道、建立法人银行、建立金融服务平台与金融协调机制构来建航运金融服务体系;并配以政府行政与政策方面的支持。

The shipping industry in Zhejiang is facing a difficult situation and needs financial support. Due to the low attractiveness and high risk of the current industry, the difficulty of indirect financing is increasingwhile the direct financing is difficult. The path to break through this dilemma is to promote industrial attractiveness through the advantages of industrial clusters and service advantages, to disperse the industrialrisk through asset securitization, to build a shipping financial service system not only by broadening the sources of funds and financing channels, but also by establishing corporate banks, establishing financial services platforms and financial coordination mechanismswith the government＇s support of both administration and policy.
