摘要
某高速收费站综合楼由于地基浸水沉陷,建筑物地基产生不均匀沉降,墙体裂缝严重。论文通过该建筑的静压桩地基加固实例,阐述静压桩施工技术及施工中遇到问题的应对方法,得出在桩头与桩尾安装钢套筒的方法可以极大增强连接处的抗弯、抗剪性能,并能有效杜绝桩头爆桩的发生。
