摘要 某建筑在施工过程中地下二层发生火灾,建筑构件有不同程度受损,受损构件的承载力、耐久性、抗震性能受到不同程度的削弱。为保证建筑结构安全,急需对火灾后的混凝土结构构件进行检测、鉴定和加固处理。论文介绍了该建筑发生火灾后的检测鉴定过程,以及根据结构构件的受损程度,并提出了经济可行的不同加固方案,取得了良好的加固效果,对此类工程有一定的参考价值。 During the construction process, a building's second floor underground was fired, which damaged its building components and weakened damaged members' bearing capacity, durability and seismic performance in varying degrees. To ensure building structure's safety, after the fire, it was urgent to be tested, identified and reinforced the concrete structure components. This paper introduced this building's testing and appraising process after the fire accident, and according to structural members' damaged degree, proposing different reinforcement options which were economically feasible, and they achieved good reinforcement effect, which have a certain reference value to this kind of project.
