地下室渗漏是建筑工程一个久治难愈的质量通病,也是质量投诉的焦点问题之一,调查组利用近一年的时间,对无锡市建筑物地下室的渗漏展开了较大范围的调查,并对数据进行整理分析,发现底板后浇带及连通口是渗漏高发部位,且一般较为严重,通过分析设计、施工过程中可能出现的问题,提出有针对性的预防措施。

The leakage of basement is a common quality defect in architectural engineering, which is also one of the focuses of quality complaints. In nearly a year, a large scale investigation was carried out on the leakage of basement in Wuxi city. Then the survey data was analyzed and arranged. The survey team found bottom pouring band and communicating port had a high incidence of leakage. And leakages were generally very serious. By analyzing problems in the process of design and construction, some targeted measures were proposed.
