光纤光栅基座夹具测量法索结构模型索力监测试验

摘要 为验证光纤光栅基座夹具测量法应用于索结构索力监测的可靠性,利用全局布索预应力钢框架缩尺模型,将缩尺模型既作为新建工程,也作为既有工程,模拟施工阶段以及运营过程中拉索的受力情况。将光纤光栅基座夹具测量法与压力传感器法及电阻应变法做横向对比,试验结果表明光纤光栅基座夹具测量法能够准确地对索结构进行索力监测,且精度明显高于应变片法,完全可以代替在拉索锚固端安装穿心式压力传感器的索力测量方法,实现结构中索力的实时监测。 In order to validate the reliability of the measurement method of the Fiber Bragg Grating Base Fixture (FBGF) on monitoring the force of cable in cable structure, the force condition of cable during construction and operation stage of Cable-supported and Knee-braced Steel Frame (CKSF)was monitored, and CKSF was used as a new constructed structure also consumed to be the existing structure. Through the comparisons of FBGF and pressure sensor method and strain gauge method, the results showed that the force of cable in cable structure could be accurately monitored by FBGF and the accuracy of it was better than strain gauge method. FBGF could completely replace the pressure sensor method which achieves the real-time monitoring of the cable force in the structure.
