超高压泵外加砂装置设计与特性仿真 被引量:1

摘要 油田压裂作业过程中,由于压裂泵泵送带磨砺性介质的压裂液,泵液力端磨损严重。设计一种基于射流掺混的超高压泵外加砂装置,并利用数值模拟方法对泵外加砂装置进行超高压大排量压裂作业工况仿真分析,包括抽吸特性和压降特性。结果表明:随着喷嘴直径的增加,抽吸特性与压降特性均逐渐减弱;随着面积比的增加,抽吸特性逐渐减弱但幅度非常小,而压降特性却逐渐增强。该研究成果为泵外加砂装置在压裂领域应用提供了理论指导。 In the operation process of oilfield hydraulic fracturing,the hydraulic end of the pump wears seriously due to the grinding medium in the pumped fracturing fluid. A kind of supper-high-pressure sand mixing device outside the pump was design on the basis of the jet mixing and with the help of the numerical simulation method,the simulation analysis of the operating performances were conducted for the device with supper high pressure and large discharge,including the suction and pressure drop characteristics. The results show that with the increase of the nozzle diameter,these characteristics are gradually weakened; with the rise of the area ratio,the suction characteristics gradually weaken but the decrease amplitude is very small,while the pressure drop characteristics gradually increase. These study achievements have provided the theoretical guide for the application of the sand mixing device outside the pump in the field of the fracturing.
