摘要
设计了一种具有开关控制功能的RCC电源,外部的控制信号可通过它的使能端禁止或使能RCC电源的输出。在典型RCC电路方案的基础上,根据电路自身的工作原理,在不影响其正常工作的前提下对其做了尽可能少的改动,使之具有可靠的开关控制功能。通过对其关机性能的研究,提出了一个优化其关机性能的解决方案,验证结果说明电路经优化后,关机性能明显改善。
A RCC power supply which can be on-off controlled is developed. An external controlling signal can enable or disable the power supply via its enable port. According to the operating principle of RCC circuit,the least change is made on base of the typical circuit to let it have reliable on-off controllable function without any affection. A solution is put forward to optimize its power off performance by research. The result proves that the power off performance of the optimized circuit has been improved.
