思维导图在行全膝关节置换术患者围术期健康教育中的初步应用 被引量:25

Preliminary application of mind mapping in perioperative health education for patients receiving total knee replacement

摘要 目的 探索思维导图在行全膝关节置换术围术期健康教育中的作用.方法 选取2015年3—12月在青岛大学附属医院行全膝关节置换术患者92例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组和常规组,每组46例.在对患者进行全膝关节置换术围术期健康教育中,观察组采用思维导图法,常规组使用传统口头宣教方式.比较两组患者健康教育满意度评分、术后膝关节活动角度、HSS评分和依从性评分.结果 观察组患者健康教育满意度(92.48±10.37)分,常规组(88.14±8.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.18,P〈0.05);观察组患者术后6周屈曲膝关节活动度(103.58±10.13)°,HSS评分(88.17±7.91)分,均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.54、2.06;P〈0.05);观察组患者依从性(92.18±10.45)分,常规组(86.43±9.87)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.71,P〈0.01).结论 思维导图提供一种简单易懂的方式帮助患者理解全膝关节置换术围术期健康教育内容,有助于提高患者康复效果. Objective To explore the role of mind mapping in perioperative health education for patients who received total knee replacement (TKR).Methods Totally 92 patients who received TKR in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University between March and December 2015 were selected and equally divided into an observation group and a control group. In TKR perioperative health education, patients in the observation group received mind mapping, while patients in the control group received oral instruction. Their health education satisfaction scores, postoperative range of motion of knee joints, HSS scores and compliance ratings were compared.Results The health education satisfaction score of the patients in the observation group was (92.48±10.37), while that of the patients in the control group was (88.14±8.62),(t=2.18, P〈0.05); the postoperative range of motion of knee joints of the patients in the observation group 6 weeks after operation was (103.58±10.13) ° and their HSS score was (88.17±7.91), both higher than those of the patients in the control group (t=2.54, 2.06;P〈0.05); the compliance rating of the patients in the observation group was (92.18±10.45), while that of the patients in the control group was (86.43±9.87) (t=2.71;P〈0.01). Conclusions Mind mapping provides an easy way for patients to understand the content of TKR perioperative health education and helps to improve their recovery.
