早期被动功能锻炼结合认知行为干预对脑卒中患者生活质量和认知的影响

Influence of combination of early passive functional exercise and cognitive behavior interventions on quality of life and cognition of stroke patients

目的 探讨早期被动功能锻炼结合认知行为干预对脑卒中患者生活质量和认知的影响.方法 选取2012年9月—2015年12月脑卒中患者100例,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规康复干预,观察组给予早期被动功能锻炼结合认知行为干预,采用简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）和日常生活能力评分量表（ADL）评估认知和日常生活能力,随访6个月,统计分析所有患者干预前、干预后1、3、6个月的认知和日常生活能力.结果 观察组干预后1、3、6个月的MMSE得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组干预后1、3、6个月ADL得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 早期被动功能锻炼结合认知行为干预可有效改善脑卒中患者的认知能力和生活质量.

Objective To discuss the effect of combination of early passive functional exercise and cognitive behavior interventions on the quality of life and cognition of stroke patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with stroke were selected from September 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into control group and experiment group, 50 cases respectively. Patients in control group were given regular rehabilitation intervention, while patients in experiment group received early passive functional exercise combined with cognitive behavior interventions. Simple intelligent mental state examination （MMSE） and daily life ability rating scale （ADL） were used to evaluate the cognitive and daily life ability for 6 months. Data before and at 1, 3, 6 months after intervention were analyzed.Results The MMSE scores at 1, 3 and 6 months after intervention in experiment group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The ADL scores at 1, 3 and 6 months after intervention in experiment group were higher than those in control group, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Combination of early passive functional exercise and cognitive behavior interventions can effectively improve cognitive abilities and the quality of life of stroke patients.
