降糖西药和常规药物在2型糖尿病患者中的疗效对比观察

Comparison of therapeutic effects of hypoglycemic drugs and conventional drugs in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨降糖西药和常规药物在2型糖尿病患者中的疗效,为降糖西药在2型糖尿病患者中的应用提供理论依据。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月在我院接受治疗的198例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各99例,对照组患者口服常规药物盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组患者口服降糖西药(美吡达)进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床症状和各项指标变化情况。结果治疗前,两组患者各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者GLU、FBG、Hb Alc、BMI、CHO、HDL-C、LDL-C、胰岛素2 h等情况改善程度明显要好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规药物相比,降糖西药治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效更佳,有效降低血糖、胆固醇等的浓度。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of hypoglycemic western medicine and conventional drugs in patients with type 2 diabetes,and provide theoretical basis for the application of hypoglycemic westernmedicine in type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 198 cases of June 2014-2016 year in December in the hospital for treatment of patients as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,99 cases in each group,the control group were given routine drug treatment for Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets,the observation group were treated with western medicine treatment,observation of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and changes each index record and analysis before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of indicators change and the clinical efficacy. Results Before the treatment,the changes of the two groups had no significant difference,no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the observation group were GLU,FBG,HbA lc,BMI,CHO,HDL-C,LDL-C,2h etc. insulin significantly better than the control group,with significant differences between the two groups,with statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Conclusions The curative effect of western medicine and routine treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes compared with western medicine can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and quality of life,reduce the concentration of blood glucose and cholesterol,improve the cure rate,worthy of clinical application.
