江门地区婴幼儿喘息发作的相关危险因素的Logistic回归分析

Analysis of related risk factors of infant wheezing in Jiangmen area

目的分析导致江门地区婴幼儿喘息发作的相关危险因素。方法选择2013年1月至2016年5月在我院住院并诊断为喘息性疾病的120例患儿作为观察组,选择同期住院并诊断为支气管炎、急性上呼吸道感染、支气管肺炎但无喘息症状的120例患儿作为对照组。通过问卷调查的形式收集相关资料,使用多因素Logistic回归分析婴幼儿喘息发作的独立危险因素。结果多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,父母过敏史及哮喘史、MP感染、RSV感染、爱哭闹、居住环境靠近马路及家中使用地毯是婴幼儿喘息发作的独立危险因素。结论导致婴幼儿喘息发作的危险因素较多,各类因素可相互影响,个体化处理有利于降低婴幼儿喘息的发生率,提高患儿的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the related risk factors of infant wheezing in Jiangmen area.Methods Selected 120 hospitalized cases of pediatric patients with wheezing diseases in our hospital as the observation group from January 2013 to May 2016,and at the same period selected 120 cases of pediatric patients that were diagnosed as bronchitis,acute upper respiratory tract infection,bronchial pneumonia but without wheezing symptoms as control group. The data were collected by questionnaire survey,and single factor analysis was used in the first step,and then the multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors of wheezing in infants. Results Univariate analysis showed that parental history of allergy and asthma,MP infection,RSV infection,allergy history,mode of production,and the conflict of parents,crying frequency,living closed to the road,whether parents smoking,home raising flowers and use the carpet and other factors related to infant wheezing significantly correlation（ P〈0.05）. Logistic regression analysisshowed that the independent risk factors of wheezing onset include parental history of allergy and asthma,MP infection,RSV infection,crying frequency,the living environment closed to the road and using the carpet.Conclusions There are many risk factors leading to wheezing in infants and young children,all kinds of factors are usually affected each other,and individual treatment is helpful to reduce the incidence of wheezing and improve the quality of life.
