摘要
目的检测新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)患儿的血常规、降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,分析与NEC发生的相关性,为早期诊断及治疗提供实验依据。方法选择本院早产儿138例,坏死性小肠结肠炎32例,为NEC组,其余106例早产儿为对照组。采集患儿0、3、7、10天外周血,检测血常规、PCT、CRP水平并分析与NEC发生的相关性。结果 NEC组患儿3、7天白细胞分别为(9.98±0.80)×109/L和(8.57±0.91)×109/L,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NEC组患儿7天血小板为(98.80±20.93)×109/L,低于对照组(193.80±20.41)×109/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NEC组患儿3和7天PCT和CRP分别为(6.38±0.41)ng/ml、(3.41±0.50)ng/ml和(9.26±0.68)ng/ml、(4.80±0.61)ng/ml,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NEC患儿与血小板、PCT、CRP水平的变化相关,患儿血小板水平降低,而血白细胞、PCT、CRP呈升高趋势,临床结合检验结果,有助于对NEC患儿的诊断、治疗。
Objective To detect the routine blood test,procalcitonin( PCT),C-reactive protein( CRP)level of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis( NEC),and analyze the correlation with the occurrence of NEC. To provide experimental evidence for early diagnosis and treatment. Methods 138 premature infant treated in hospital were selected from August in 2014 to July in 2015,of which 32 cases were of necrotizing enterocolitis,as the NEC group,and the remaining 106 cases of premature children as the control group. Tested routine blood test,PCT,CRP levels of the premature infant in 0,3,7,10,day and analyze correlation with NEC occurred.Results White blood cells of NEC group 3,7 days were( 9. 98 ± 0. 80) × 109/L and( 8. 57 ± 0. 91) × 109/L,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusions The change of the levels of platelet,PCT,CRP levels were correlated with NEC. The levels of platelet decrease,and WBC,PCT and CRP increase. The results of clinical combined examination are helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of NEC children.
