摘要
目的研究亲水性大颗粒喷砂酸蚀表面(SLActive)种植体在上颌磨牙区即刻种植的临床效果。方法选取2016年1—12月在我院就诊的36例上颌磨牙无法保留、要求种植修复的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各18例。观察组患者接受SLActive种植体即刻种植,对照组患者接受SLActive种植体传统常规种植。分别比较两组患者在种植即刻、术后4、8、12周时测量种植体稳定系数(ISQ),术后1、3、6个月时测量垂直骨吸收量,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果在种植即刻、术后4、8、12周时,观察组患者ISQ值均低于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3、6个月时,观察组患者的垂直骨吸收量均低于对照组垂直骨吸收量,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用SLActive种植体的上颌磨牙区即刻种植的临床效果确切,可确保种植体的种植稳定性和成功率,明显缩短治疗周期。
Objective To study the clinical effect of hydrophilic large particle sandblasted surface implants implanted in maxillary molars. Methods Thirty-six patients was treated in the Daliang Hospital of Shunde District and the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from January 2016 to December 2016. The maxillary molars could not be retained and patients were required to be rehabilitated. The patients were divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with hydrophilic large-size sandblasted surface implants and the control group was treated with hydrophilic large-size sandblasted surface implants. The implant stability index( ISQ) was measured immediately after implantation,4,8,and 12 weeks postoperatively,and measured the vertical bone resorption at 1, 3, and 6 months postoperatively, then compared the clinical outcomes by Albrektsson-Zarb criteria effect.Results The ISQ of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 4,8,and 12 weeks after implantation,there was no significant difference between the two groups( P〈0.05).The bone resorption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1,3 and 6 months after operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusions The immediate implantation of the maxillary molar area with the hydrophilic large particle sandblasted surface implants has a significant clinical effect,which could ensure the implant stability and success rate and shorten the treatment cycle,and has a high generalization significance.
