综合护理干预对消化性溃疡患者疗效的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with peptic ulcer

目的观察综合护理干预对消化性溃疡患者疗效影响。方法选择2014年8月至2016年2月在我院接受治疗的82例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,数字排列表法随机分为对照组和观察组均41例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组的患者给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理干预1月后临床疗效。结果应用综合护理的观察组患者的疾病有效率95.1%,显著高于接受常规护理的对照组的临床总有效率75.6%,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.423,P=0.015)。结论消化性溃疡患者进行综合护理干预,可显著改善临床症状,促进溃疡愈合,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 82 patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the subjects,and according to the digital arrangement table method,divided into control group and observation group（ 41 patients in each group）,patients in control group were given routine nursing care. The observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,The clinical efficacy of two groups of nursing intervention after January was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 1%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group receiving routine nursing（ 75. 6%）,the difference was statistically significant（ Z =-2. 423,P = 0. 015）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,promote ulcer healing and improve the curative effect.
