Preparation and performance comparison of flue gas denitration technology catalyst

摘要 脱硝催化剂是SCR工艺中的核心部分,在脱氮效率方面发挥着重要的作用。鉴于不同的应用,其制备方法也各有不同。本文研究了SCR脱硝催化剂的5种制备方法,包括浸渍法、沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热法和离子交换法,介绍了制备方法对催化剂性能和抗中毒性能的影响,并提出SCR催化剂未来的可能研究方向,探究抗SO_2和抗H_2O作用机理,从本质上找到催化剂失活原因进行再生来延长其寿命,改善催化剂制备工艺提高综合性能。 The denitration catalyst is one core part of the SCR process and plays an important role in the denitri- fication efficiency. In view of the different applications, its preparation methods are also different. In this paper, five preparation methods of SCR denitration catalyst (impregnation method, precipitation method, sol-gel method, hydrothermal method and ion exchange method) were reviewed. The effects of preparation methods on catalyst per- formance and anti poisoning were introduced. The possible future research direction of the catalyst is to explore the mechanism of anti-SO2 and anti-H2O, to find the catalyst deactivation reason in nature, to regenerate its life, to im- prove the catalyst preparation process and improve the comprehensive performance.
