孕康口服液联合绒促性素治疗先兆性流产的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of threatened abortion

目的探讨孕康口服液联合绒促性素治疗先兆性流产的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2016年12月在商丘市妇幼保健院治疗的先兆性流产患者76例,根据用药方案的不同分为对照组(38例)和治疗组(38例)。对照组患者肌肉注射注射用绒促性素,4 000 U/次,1次/3 d。治疗组在对照组的基础上空腹口服孕康口服液,20 mL/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。评价治疗后两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组临床症状改善时间和性激素水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为78.95%、94.74%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者阴道出血停止时间、下腹胀痛和腰痛消失时间较对照组均明显缩短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清雌二醇(E_2)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)和孕酮(PROG)水平均较同组治疗前明显增加,同组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组上述性激素水平比对照组增加的更显著,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕康口服液联合绒促性素治疗先兆性流产具有较好的临床效果,可有效改善临床症状和相关激素水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of threatened abortion. Methods Patients（76 cases） with threatened abortion in Shangqiu Maternal and Child Care from January 2016 to December 2016 were divided into control（38 cases） and treatment（38 cases） groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were intramuscular injection administered with Chorionic Gonadotrophin for injection, 4 000 U/time, once every 3 d. Patients in the treatment group were fasting po administered with Yunkang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 20 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 78.95% and 94.74%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the clinical symptom disappearance time of vaginal bleeding, lower abdominal pain and backache in the treatment group was significantly shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the E2, β-HCG, and PROG levels in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the sex hormone levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yunkang Oral Liquid combined with chorionic gonadotropin has good clinical effect in treatment of threatened abortion, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and related hormone levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
