摘要
高原训练在很多项目中都已经得到了广泛的开展,但是在我国的速度滑冰项目上,却开展的比较晚,所以有关高原训练方面的经验也比较少。通过分析速度滑冰高原训练的理论价值与现实意义,并结合国内外高原训练相关的研究现状与研究进展,提出对于首次到达高原进行训练的运动员,不能急于增加训练的强度和训练量,应调整为更好密度和频次的生理生化指标监控,配合机体适应度科学的递增训练的负荷;在高原训练中,应该多注意运动员的机体反应,适当控制强度,防止运动肌肉拉伤。应详细记录并整理好整个高原训练前、中、后运动员身体机能状态等建议。
highland training has been widely carried out in many sports events,but its development is late in Chinese speed skating so that the experience of highland training for the speed skating is also low. After analyzing the theoretical value and practical significance of highland training in the speed skating,the paper discusses the domestic and foreign research status and trend of highland training. It puts forward some suggestions for the skaters who receive the highland training for the first time as follows: it should not rush to increase the training intensity and quantity,it should scientifically increase the training loads according to the physical adaptability by monitoring the physiological and biochemical indexes with better density and frequency,it should prevent the muscle strain by holding the training intensity properly and paying more attention to the skaters’ body reaction,it should record and organize in detail the body functional status before,during and after the highland training.
