我国女子短距离速滑项目备战平昌冬奥会对策研究

Strategy of Chinese Speed Skating Women Sprint Event Prepareing for Pyeong Chang 2018 Winter Olympics

我国女子速滑项目在2014年索契冬奥会为我国获得了首枚金牌,近年来我国女子运动员张虹、于静分别在世界大赛上取得好成绩,在短距离项目上我国女子速滑运动员已经具备了相当的实力。采用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家咨询法,针对我国女子速滑运动员在备战平昌冬奥会训练方面上的特征进行分析,并分别从技术、体能和心理等方面指出存在的问题及对策,为我国运动员在平昌冬奥会上继续取得好成绩提供科学的依据。

Chinese women speed skater won the first gold medal in the last Winter Olympics,and in recent years Chinese women skaters,Zhang Hong and Yu Jing,have achieved good results in the world tournaments respectively,so in short distance events,Chinese women speed skaters already have considerable strength. With the methods of literature information,mathematical statistics and expert interviews,the paper analyzes the training status of Chinese women speed skaters who are preparing for Pyeong Chang 2018 Winter Olympics. It indicates the existing problems and countermeasures in the aspects of technique,physical power and psychology. The purpose is to provide a scientific reference for Chinese skaters to achieve a good results in this games.
