青少年短道速滑运动员自我意识与人格特征关系初步研究

Research on the Relationship between the Self-consciousness and Personality of Juvenile Short Track Speed Skaters

以36名青少年短道速滑运动员为测试对象,运用Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表和艾森克个性问卷少年式进行测试。探讨短道速滑队青少年运动员自我意识和人格特征的整体情况及其两者之间的关系。结果表明:男运动员自我意识得分明显低于中国常模;青少年运动员自我意识六个因子与外倾性呈正相关,与神经质和精神质呈显著负相关;印证了自我意识与人格在发展过程中呈现出相互影响、相互制约的关系,躯体外貌属性、焦虑、行为分别是影响外倾性、神经质及精神质得分的主导因素,外倾性与精神质则是影响自我意识发展水平的最重要的人格特征。

Taking 36 juvenile short track speed skaters as the test objects,with the Piers-Harris scale of children selfconsciousness and Eysenck personality questionnaire of juvenile type,the paper has an investigation. After discussing the status of the self-consciousness and personality of juvenile short track speed skaters,it analyzes the relationship between the two. The results show that the scores of male skaters’ self-consciousness are lower than that of Chinese norm,there are6 factors of their self-consciousness being positively correlated with extraversion and being significantly negatively correlated with neuroticism and psychoticism. It indicates in the development of self-consciousness and personality,it shows the two’s mutual influence and restriction. The physical appearance,attributes,anxiety and behavior respectively are the dominant factors influencing extraversion,neuroticism and psychoticism. Extroversion and psychoticism are the most important personality characteristics which affect the development level of self-consciousness.
