对花样滑冰课分层教学法运用现状的分析——以哈尔滨体育学院为例 被引量:7

摘要 花样滑冰比赛紧张激烈,观赏性高,能够满足大学生好动争强的心理需求,还能够促进大学生身体的发育,具有很高的健身价值。花样滑冰教学是大学体育课程的重要教学内容。传统的大班制花样滑冰教学方法,不能有效地提高花样滑冰运动技能水平较高学生的水平,也容易忽略花样滑冰水平较低的大学生的不足,所以教学效果较差。在花样滑冰教学中采用分层教学法,从大学生的花样滑冰运动的实际水平出发,因材施教,可以有效的提高花样滑冰教学的效果。以哈尔滨体育学院为例,分析花样滑冰分层教学法的各种优点,旨在促进分层教学法在花样滑冰教学中的推广。 As a intense and enjoying competition,the figure skating can meet the undergraduatespsychological needs such as being active and desiring to excel over others,and has a high fitness value for their physical development. The teaching of figure skating is an important part of college physical educaiton. The teaching methodseffect of traditional large class system for figure skating is poor because it cant effectively improve the skating skills of undergraduates with good motion ability,and it is also easy to overlook the lack of students with low skating. Taking Harbin sports university as an example,the paper analyzes the various advantages of hierarchical teaching method for figure skating. The purpose is to promote the application of this method in figure skating teaching.
